Return Policy
At Nev’s Ink, Inc., we are committed to delivering products of the utmost quality to our customers and stand firmly behind them. We acknowledge that circumstances may arise necessitating a return, and we endeavor to facilitate this process seamlessly for our esteemed clientele.
1. Returns Caused by Customer Error:
- For products returned due to customer error, a 15% restocking fee will be applicable.
- Customers must initiate returns within 90 days of the original purchase date and ensure that items are returned in their original packaging.
- To commence the return process for errors attributable to the customer, kindly contact our Customer Service team at [email protected] to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
2. Returns Due to Defective or Non-Usable Product:
- Should you receive incorrect items or encounter defects in the products received, please notify us within 180 days of the original purchase date.
- Nev’s Ink, Inc. will bear the return shipping costs for errors on our part and furnish the requisite shipping label upon authorization of the return.
- To initiate a return for errors on our part, please contact our Customer Service team at [email protected] to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
3. Return Process:
- Clearly designate the RA number on the exterior of the package.
- Enclose a copy of the original packing slip or invoice within the package.
- Dispatch the return to the address provided by our Customer Service team.
4. Refund / Exchange:
- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned items, we will promptly facilitate your refund or exchange.
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or credited for application towards future orders.
- Exchanges will be dispatched upon receipt of the returned items at no additional cost.
5. Non-Returnable Items:
- Items that are made to order or customized are non-returnable unless attributable to a defect or error on our part.
