For our website stock, your package will be shipped within 24 hours of your order. For Made-to-Order, your package will ship within 6 business days.

When you call or e-mail, please tell us the following:

  • Product Order number
  • Item number
  • A detailed explanation of why you are returning the product
  • If the product is damaged, wrong product, etc
