Blank DYMO Compatible Labels

Dymo label printers use a process called thermal printing. Dymo LabelWriter® printers use a thermal print head and chemically treated labels or paper. The printer sends a current of electricity to the thermal print head, which generates heat on specific areas of the print head. The heat then activates the heat-sensitive dye in the paper or labels, which changes colors when heated and gives you your imprint. The greatest benefit of direct thermal printing with a Dymo label printer is that there is no need for ink, toner or ribbons.

CUSTOM-MADE DYMO LABELS

For these printers, there are three different types of labels.

Dymo Standard Labels: The standard direct thermal material is made of a smooth bright white paper that is coated with an adhesive conducive to all temperatures. It is best for large-scale printing and is typically used for shipping and barcoded labels.

Dymo Removable Labels: Like the standard labels the removable labels are smooth and bright white. They are backed with a removable adhesive that adheres great without sacrificing its ability to hold. Nev’s Ink’s removable adhesive ensures that no sticky residue is left behind.

Dymo Weatherproof Labels: Our weatherproof labels have a synthetic white matte face sheet that is top-coated for direct thermal printing. These labels are recommended for use when the environment is moist and can withstand freezer conditions.
